This is a 2-day practice-heavy, hands-on course that will assist you in gaining a comprehensive understanding of project management, reporting procedures and their practical implications in everyday operations.

You will become an EC auditor for a day! Many are intimidated by financial audits, particularly level-2 audits conducted by EC  (or EC-appointed external) auditors. Did you know that one way to overcome this fear is to try to see things from the "other" side?  

This course helps you understand the key success features of EU research and innovation projects (Horizon Europe), which preparatory steps to take, and explains the tasks and responsibilities of the partners. The course also covers how to build a winning consortium, the steps in proposal writing and how to smoothly lead a proposal to submission. At the end of the course there will be a practical exercise.

In this webinar, you will receive information about the HFSP calls with deadlines in spring 2026, including Research Grants and Postdoctoral Fellowships, and you will have the opportunity to ask questions.

This advanced course provides in-depth knowledge on the financial rules of Horizon Europe for financial managers and accountants. The course will introduce all cost types and their eligibility rules and the exceptions.
