Roller i SkatteFUNN-søknader og godkjente SkatteFUNN-prosjekter
There are five different roles in SkatteFUNN applications and projects, with different rights and access on My page.
Roles
Organisation representative
This is the company's representative in the project. The person with the role has access to the application/approved projects via "My page" and can
- complete and submit applications and appeals against rejections
- complete and submit reports for approved projects
- change people and contact information for the different roles in a submitted application and in approved projects
- withdraw applications that have not been approved and cancel projects (earlier than planned)
The organisation representative is the only one who can
- create a appeal against rejection on behalf of the company
- for approved projects, submit a self-declaration on behalf of the company
- accept the terms of the decision for approved projects
Project manager
The project manager has full access to applications and approved projects via "My page" and can
- complete and submit applications and appeals against decisions.
- complete and submit reports for approved projects
- change people and contact information for the different roles in a submitted application and in an approved project
- withdraw an application that has not been approved and cancel projects (earlier than planned)
Project participant
You can add as many participants to your project as you want. This role has access to applications and approved projects via "My page" and can
- fill in applications, but not submit them
- fill in and submit appeals against rejections
- fill in reports for approved projects, but not submit them
Please note that the project participant cannot change roles or contact information on roles in submitted applications and projects.
Creator of application
When you create an application, you are automatically given the role of "creator of application". This role only gives you access to the application on My page. You won't be able to see the project if it's approved.
When the organisation representative submits self-declarations and accepts the terms and conditions, an approved project is created on My page. As the creator of an application, you do not have access to this project.
As the creator of the application, you can:
- complete and submit applications and appeals against decisions,
- see the decision on the application.
Note that this role does not give you access to the approved project or to reporting.
You also won't receive emails about reporting deadlines or other information about the approved project. If you need a role in the project, you must be assigned a different role.
Managing director
We retrieve this person from the Register of Legal Entities and display the person's name on the project's page. This is a view only.
- The general manager does not have access to the project on My page, unless he/she is entered with one of the other roles in the project.
