When you have received funding
Find out what you need to know about entering into a contract with us when you have received funding for a project.

The contract sets out the terms and conditions for the use of the research funds and the rights and obligations of the parties in the implementation of the project. Find out how you enter into a contract and read about the different parts of the contract, the responsibilities of the various partners in the project, requirements relating to gender equality plans and how to make changes to the contract.

Gender Equality Plans (GEP)
Research organisations and public sector entities that receive funding from us must have Gender Equality Plans (GEP) available on their websites. This must be in place before you enter into a contract with us. Find out what such a plan must contain.
Changes to your project framework
When there are changes in the project, it is important that you report this to us as soon as possible. Requests for project changes are processed on an ongoing basis.
