The launch of the project can be very difficult for new coordinators. This webinar will go through all key steps of setting up a project. It will introduce excel and word templates that coordinators can easily adapt to their projects. While primarily meant for coordinators, any beneficiary can benefit from the knowledge shared.

11:00–12:30 Workshop: What can go wrong?

Participants will go through several basic and some advanced challenges in project management trying to practice the typical problems and their solutions.
